Claddagh Silver wants you to be satisfied with all your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days to return your order for a total refund or exchange for something else of same value.
For any items that is over 30 days and needs to be resize or exchange, there is
$10 handling fee.
All items that have been sent back for a resize within a 30 day period for a second time, have a shipping and handling fee of $15.
Instructions for returning an order:
1. Sign in to your account at https://www.claddaghsilver.com/login.php?from=account.php. On the right, click on the link 'Completed Orders'. After that just click on the 'Return Items' button.
2. Packaging Your Returns: Pack up the jewelry so that it is all in one package securely and set for delivery. Don't forget to add the packing slip, return form and other materials you were sent by CladdaghSilver.com
NOTE: To help prevent theft, do NOT put on the package any signs that it contains jewelry, or any other valuables.
3. Shipment and Insurance: Insure your shipment for its full value. Make sure it is will be able to be tracked with a tracking number. This will be helpful in order to assure the package gets to CladdaghSilver.com for fast and easy refunding.
